State Representative Tom Morrison is teaming with Clearbrook, a non-profit serving individuals with disabilities, to host a FREE Shredding Event at the Clearbrook Getz Building at 746 S. Vermont St. in Palatine on Saturday, August 20th from 9-11:30 a.m. The event will take place in the Clearbrook building’s front parking lot.
There is a limit of 2 file/bankers boxes or paper bags of sensitive documents per vehicle. No binders, clips, photos, magazines, books, newspapers, or anything that is not paper will be accepted. Documents will be destroyed by cross-cut shredding. Volunteers will be on site to assist in unloading your car. Shredding will occur post-event according to Clearbrook’s secure and confidential shredding procedures.
