MORRISON CLOSES 2021 WITH ‘BABY CLOSET’ DRIVE DONATION

PALATINE—State Representative Tom Morrison (R-Palatine) recently concluded his holiday baby supply drive after a week of collecting most needed baby items for Hopeful Beginning’s ‘Baby Closet’. Constituents from across the 54th Legislative District contributed items to help mothers in need—from diapers to baby formula. The Palatine nonprofit organization supports women in need throughout their pregnancies by providing counseling and education services as well as needed baby items.

Rep. Morrison delivered the donations to Hopeful Beginnings this morning, meeting with Hopeful Beginnings staff: including Joanne Bratta, the outgoing/retiring Executive Director and Natalie Rodriguez, the new Executive Director, who he is pictured with below.

“This is the second time constituents have helped give back to this organization that really looks out for new moms and those who need a little extra help,” said Rep. Morrison. “Our community continues to come together to give back no matter the circumstances and it’s inspiring to see especially as we embark through the holiday season.”

This is the second annual Holiday Drive the Representative has hosted.
