Morrison Hosting Live Video Chat to Answer Constituent Questions

PALATINE— Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, State Representative Tom Morrison (R-Palatine) continues to serve 54th district residents by hosting another live video interview with a local health care provider, Dr. Sue Nelson. 

Dr. Nelson is the vice president of physician operations at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. During Morrison’s video reports, she has answered constituent questions about COVID-19 and provided updates on how it has affected our community hospital.

This week’s video will be streamed live on Rep. Morrison’s Facebook page, @staterepresentativetommorrison, and on his YouTube channel on Thursday, April 23rd at 5:00PM.  

Morrison invites District 54 residents to submit public health-related questions, especially as they relate to our local area, to  Morrison will also monitor the live comment feed during the interview and relay relevant questions and comments to Dr. Nelson.

 “These interviews with Dr. Nelson have been informative and productive,” said Morrison. “We’ve gotten great feedback from residents. The national and Chicago news outlets aren’t providing timely, in-depth information about our neighborhood hospital, but we are. Dr. Nelson and her colleagues live among us and serve our residents. We’re grateful for their time and these platforms to engage with one another and share this critical information.”

While the video will be streamed live on Rep. Morrison’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, it will be available later on both that page and his website,, so constituents can watch at their convenience.
